ENTREPRENEUR'S FLOW
COMPETITIVE STEP: SELECTION OF INNOVATIVE SOLUTION PROPOSALS
OPENING OF ENTRIES: Entrepreneurs and companies of any size register their technological solutions to mitigate a specific problem demanded by a public organ of the State of São Paulo.
ANALYSIS OF THE SOLUTION: The solutions submitted are evaluated by the “Analysis Committee”, formed by a team of experts composed of members of the demanding agency and other technical partners.
PILOTING STEP: SUPPORT IN DEVELOPING THE SOLUTION AND ADAPTING THE BUSINESS MODEL
The solutions approved by the Analysis Commission will be piloted and will have access to the technical teams and equipment of the public agencies of the State Government of SP free of charge, to test the solution in real use cases. The participants will also receive mentoring and a relationship network to support the solution negotiation process. The piloting stage is expected to last approximately two months.
IMPLEMENTATION STEP: POTENTIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOLUTION
After testing the solution in an environment of real use, there will be a technical evaluation of the results of the pilot project, with indication of possible routes for implementation of the solution by government agencies of the State of São Paulo, which may or may not involve a public purchase.
