IdeiaGov offers a structured process for problems to become open innovation challenges with potential for implementation
STEP 1: IMMERSION IN THE PROBLEM
Facilitated by IdeiaGov, this work phase will last 15 hours and focus on understanding the problem. Market exploration will be conducted and the feasibility of implementing a solution will be analyzed.
STAGE 1: Public managers present to the IdeiaGov team some of the problems they face on a daily basis;
STAGE 2: Working team conducts a mapping to verify if there is potential for open innovation and the agency’s capacity for implementation;
STAGE 3: Exploration and diagnosis of demand;
STAGE 4: Definition of expected results, with market research, for the potential solution;
STAGE 5: Construction of the public notice and communication planning.
STEP 2: LAUNCHING OF THE CHALLENGE AND SELECTION OF SOLUTIONS
The challenges mapped out with the public agencies are launched so that companies in society can offer their solutions to mitigate a specific problem.
OPENING OF REGISTRATIONS: We mobilize the innovation ecosystem by publicizing the call for proposals and an event to answer questions. The proponents register their solutions.
ANALYSIS OF THE SOLUTION: The solutions submitted are evaluated by the “Analysis Committee”, formed by a team of experts composed of members of the requesting agency and other technical partners.
PILOTING THE SOLUTION: The solutions approved by the Analysis Committee will be piloted. The requesting body also provides risk minimization for the public manager. The piloting stage is expected to last approximately 2 months.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
If a piloted solution is implemented in the public agency, IdeiaGov offers legal support throughout the process.
